I was one of those Bethel boys who went and copied the Branch Book and what I recall was the paper back version of the Sheperding the Flock book from the 124 Library which was just 2-3 doors down the hall from my room.
Glad to see that Kent has it all up on line.

simon, rw, jan, norm, af, farkel & anyone else this is a cry for help.... i really need help recovering data were the directory is lost.. i have a hard drive that i pulled off of a machine that crashed.
i have slaved it to a machine running xp in order to recover data files.
when looking at the hd properties for this drive it shows that 9 gigs out of 20 are used yet will not show a directory of files on the drive.

I have attempted to use the file transfer prog in XP... since there seems to be no file names to be found in the form of a directory it is not working...

I have a hard drive that I pulled off of a machine that crashed. I have slaved it to a machine running XP in order to recover data files. When looking at the HD properties for this drive it shows that 9 gigs out of 20 are used yet will not show a directory of files on the drive. This of course means that I have no files abvailable to pull off. Is there anyway to recover these missing files or to rebuild the directory?
I have partition magic 7 and the drive is an NTFS though originally it was FAT32.

Where you around Michael made some of his visits to the house? One of the guys I worked with named Tim Voytko worked somehing out to escort him out in service and give him tours if I remember right. I just remember the buzz that would occasionally hit the grapevine when the man showed up. Kinda like George Benson but up a notch or two...

I'm with you on the single malts love them or least most of them. My all time favorite is a 25 yr old Springbank.
Here's where I'll break with you about blended, try some Usquaebach. It is a blend but it is a damn fine blend. Will cost you about $100 USD and is worth every penny.

there are so many good brews out there and so many countries that produce them.which are your favs?here are a few of mine.. canada: kokanee,canadian,keiths,blue.
german beer: holsten,becks,diebels,lowenbrau,flensburger pils.
scotland: belhaven best,tennants.
If you want to talk beers then look to the Abbies of Belgium. There you will find such greats as Chimay, Westmalle Tripel, Orval, Corsendonk, and Delerium Tremens.
The Quebec providence of Canada produces the wonderful La Fin du Monde and Lucifer.
The English produce such delights as Thomas Hardy which can be found in bottles aged up to 25 years, or Sam Smiths Oatmeal Stout. Not to mention the ever dependable John Courage or Fullers ESB.
Or head just a little further north and pick up a bottle of Skull Splitter from Scotland.
Beer or Bier it is a wonderful gift from the Gods no matter what you choose to exercise your elbow with.
